Return Policy
At Rough Sea Sailors Club, every item is custom-made to order, ensuring you receive a unique product crafted just for you. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of preference.
Returns & Replacements:
We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Misprinted Items – If your item arrives damaged or contains a printing error, we will replace it at no cost.
- Reporting Timeframe – Any damage or misprint must be reported within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.
How to Request a Return:
- Email Admin@RoughSeaSailorsClub.com within 10 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the defect
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the next steps.
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that fall outside these conditions.
